my birthday, Lake Como... and a gift for you šŸŽ

Zdravo from Croatia, šŸ’›

I'm writing this on a pebbled beach with the sun on my skin, sea breeze in my hair, and that sleepy kind of calm that makes you forget what day it is. ā˜€ļø

It’s been making me think about last week…
More specifically, my birthday morning in Lake Como.

We were staying in this quiet villa with views so beautiful I kept whispering ā€œis this real?ā€ to my coffee.
The light was streaming through the windows.
The espresso was still foamy.
There were zero plans on the calendar—just a full-body yes to feel good.

And yet?

That little voice in my head still said:
ā€œShouldn’t you be writing the newsletter right now?ā€

😬 Yep. Even in my dream scenario.

That was the moment it hit me.

Somewhere along the way, I started tying my worth to consistency.
To always showing up.
To being so reliable that even on my birthday, in a literal villa in Italy, I felt bad for skipping a newsletter.

Not because I didn’t have something to say.
But because I wanted to feel the moment—without formatting it for anyone else.

So I didn’t write.
I didn’t post.
I didn’t explain.
I just let it be mine.

Fast forward to this week—Croatia.
Different coast. Same lesson.

🌊 Slow mornings
🌊 Hair that smells like the sea
🌊 No inbox guilt

Just presence. Real presence.

Not the curated kind.
Not the ā€œI did my breathwork and now I’m glowingā€ kind.
Just salty, sun-drenched, real life.

šŸ“ø Here’s where I’m writing this from...

Sun, sea, and absolutely nothing I ā€œshouldā€ be doing.

And it made me think of you.

Because maybe you’ve been stuck in that same rhythm too—
Rushing through your to-dos.
Checking boxes.
Trying to feel better by doing more.

But maybe you don’t need more discipline.
Maybe you need permission.

To breathe.
To pause.
To let something be messy and beautiful and unshared.

šŸŽ As a birthday thank-you, I’m opening up 5 gift sessions—just for this community.

Consider it my way of saying thank you for being here, for reading, for growing with me.
No pitch.
No pressure.
Just 30 minutes carved out for you.

We’ll sit down together and gently explore:
→ What’s been feeling off or heavy
→ What your body’s been trying to tell you (even if you’ve ignored it)
→ How to create a wellness rhythm that feels like relief—not another thing to manage

Seriously, just bring yourself. Come as you are. I’ll meet you there. (Only 5 spots. First come, first served.)

So I’m curious...

šŸ‘‰ What’s one tiny thing you could do today to feel more like yourself?

For me, it was writing this barefoot.
For you, maybe it’s saying no to something you don’t want to do.
Or playing your favorite song on repeat while you make lunch.
Or taking a 5-minute pause before you check another notification.

Whatever it is—do it today.
You don’t need a plane ticket to feel present.

You just need to notice the moment you’re in.
And maybe let it be enough.

Sending you Adriatic sunshine + permission to go softer ā˜€ļø

xx
