in leggings. deeply in transition.
Sometimes I wish I could hand you a snapshot of this moment.
Not the curated one.
Not the “we’re moving to Europe!” version with cobblestone streets, tangerine sunsets, and glasses of wine on linen-covered balconies.
Not the version you’d double-tap on Instagram. The one with soft filters, good lighting, and none of the mess.
The real one.
Right now, the house feels like it’s holding its breath.
Suitcases cracked open in surrender.
Cords unraveling from drawers we definitely already packed.
Donation piles waiting patiently for decisions I’m still avoiding.
I’m in slept-in leggings.
My hair’s doing something interpretive.
Blaze—our temporary houseguest and 100-pound Bernese mountain dog—is sprawled out in the middle of the room like nothing about this week is unusual.
And I’m crouched on a suitcase, eating leftover fasule straight from the Tupperware my mom packed for me—her quiet way of saying don’t forget to eat, even in the middle of the mess.
We leave in four days.
One-way ticket. Albania.
Everything we own fits into two suitcases—plus a few emotional breakdowns I didn’t plan for.

And if you’re wondering how I feel… same.
Somewhere between calm and chaos. Excited and exhausted.
Like I’m walking straight into the life I’ve dreamed about, and simultaneously grieving the one I spent years building.
Here’s what no one tells you about the dream life:
It still breaks you open.
It’s not just the logistics.
It’s the emotional whiplash of becoming someone new in real time.
Even when you know this next chapter is aligned.
Even when you’re choosing it with your whole chest.
Even when your intuition is loud and clear.
There’s still fear.
There’s still the little voice asking if you’re crazy.
There’s still the part of you that wonders what happens if this doesn’t go the way you planned.
Because the truth is—when you're walking toward your dream, you're also walking away from a version of yourself that once felt safe.
You're walking away from routines that made sense.
From environments that made you feel known.
From a rhythm you could predict—even if it wasn’t working anymore.
And that unraveling?
It’s tender. Sometimes brutal.
I’ve been sitting with all of it.
The grief.
The guilt.
The static in my nervous system, still trying to find a signal.
And yet…
Somewhere underneath all the noise is a whisper that keeps rising up, steady and unshaken:
This is it.
This is what choosing yourself feels like.
Not always peaceful.
Not always polished.
But profoundly alive.
And for the first time in a long time, I’m learning how to trust that aliveness.
I’m learning that just because something is scary doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
That discomfort isn’t a red flag—it’s often just growth with a faster heartbeat.
That I don’t have to be fully ready.
I just have to be willing.
Willing to trust my timing.
Willing to listen to my body.
Willing to begin, even when I’m still a little breathless from the decision.
I don’t know what you’re holding right now,
but I have a feeling it’s tender.
And maybe you’re there too, .
Maybe you’re not moving to a new continent, but you’re shifting into a new version of your life—a quieter one, a bolder one, a more aligned one.
Maybe you're trying to unhook from urgency.
From perfection.
From the belief that your worth is tied to how much you can hustle before 9 AM.
Maybe you're just trying to hear your own voice again underneath the noise.
If any of that feels true?
I want to invite you into the room I’ve been building behind the scenes.
On April 22, I’m opening enrollment for my next 8-week one-on-one mentorship experience.
It’s for the woman who’s ready to create a life that feels like hers again.
A life where wellness doesn’t mean self-optimization—it means nervous system safety, alignment, and a return to what’s actually nourishing.
Inside the mentorship, we’ll rebuild from the inside out:
Letting go of hustle as your identity
Creating rituals that regulate instead of deplete
Honoring your seasons instead of pushing through them
Redefining wellness on your terms
No gimmicks.
No gold stars for being perfect.
Just real guidance, real softness, and real momentum toward the life that’s been whispering to you.
✨ The waitlist is now open.
I always take care of my early birds.
Join the waitlist for first access—and a quiet gift to honor the yes you said before you felt fully ready.
If this feels like a snapshot of where you are too—standing in the middle of it all, hair messy, heart full, still figuring it out—this space is for you.
Because if you’re standing at the edge of your own “what if”—your own quiet reinvention—I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to wait until your life looks like a Pinterest board.
You just have to be willing to choose something truer.
We’ll find our way there—together.
With love (and probably still in yesterday’s leggings),
— Genta 🤍
P.S. You deserve a space that holds you as you become.
Not just when you're thriving—but when you're unsure, unraveling, beginning again.
That’s what this mentorship is for.
Join the waitlist—I’ll be right here.
