The other day, I sat down with a plate of roasted veggies drizzled in olive oil, a chunk of feta, and some crusty bread. Nothing fancy. Nothing “Instagrammable.”
But as I dunked that bread straight into the oil (zero regrets), I realized: this is the kind of “diet” that isn’t a diet at all.
